efficient check-in swift assistance excellent service
Peter, the doorman, greeted me warmly. The front desk staff checked me in efficiently upon my early arrival. Christian assisted with my luggage swiftly to my room. Breakfast at the hotel was great and the service was excellent.
The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities.

fantastic hotel near everything
comfy beds great location easy walk complimentary coffee
I had a superior queen room. it gave ample space for my family. the beds were very comfy. the location is great. I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. the bus stop for the airport express was just a short walk away. the complimentary coffee in the morning was a lovely touch.
the rooms felt a bit worn. the bathroom especially could use some updating.

The hotel has a historic feel with classic architecture, not the generic modern style you find everywhere. It offers a unique experience, especially appealing in a city rich with history. the lobby offered complimentary coffee each morning!!!

obvious mildew suspicious stain
The room needed serious updates. The shower grout had obvious mildew, and i found a suspicious stain on the carpet , made me question the overall cleanliness.
